You may contact our customer service department by using our toll free phone number. Customer service department is open 24 hours 7 days a week. After 30 days from the original purchase all sales are final. Sales before 30 days will be handled by customer service on a case by case basis.

Shipping Protection Terms and Conditions
All orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered within the continental United States. If you have not received your order within 7 business days from your purchase date, please call our customer service department to request a reshipment of your order. If you entered the wrong address on our order form and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge equal to your original order. All orders are shipped within 24 hours. All orders made over the weekend will be shipped out the following business day.

Please note: Your original order MUST be returned intact and UNOPENED to receive your full refund if the refund is for more than a single bottle and you will still be liable for whatever product you opened and used even if you have purchased the shipping protection. After 60 days from the original purchase all sales are final.

Refund/ Return Policy
 If at any time after you are not satisfied with the Merchandise for any reason, you may call our Customer Service Department 1-(800) 760-0515 or send us an email at support@primonutra.com. If requesting a refund, the product must be unopened and seal on bottle may not be broken or damaged in any way unless the refund is for a single bottle. A refund will be honored for one single bottle per customer even if the bottle is opened and used if refund is requested within the 60 day period. All requests for refunds will be handled by customer service and may require a return of unused/ un-opened Merchandise. Refund may not be available if more than 60 days have passed from the date the customer was billed for the Merchandise. An “RMA” Return Merchandise Authorization number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the Customer Service Department by phone. More stipulations to our refund/return policy are as follows:

I. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per Merchandise ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted. PRIMOH2 reserves the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in PRIMOH2’s judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.

II. Depending on the bank that issues the credit or debit card you used, your refund can take up to three to five (3-5) business days to appear on your credit or debit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued by PRIMONUTRA, INC. please call our Customer Service Department at 1-(800) 760-0515.

III: To ensure that your account is correctly noted, you must send back Product returns to the address provided below along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number. If any products are shipped back to us without the corresponding RMA Number, the product will automatically be shipped back to you.

** Please note that we are not responsible for any returned Merchandise that gets lost or stolen while in transit to us. We recommend all returned Merchandise be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. Failure to use the Merchandise does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges.

Reversals and Chargebacks
We consider charge backs and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services and as such will be treated. We reserve the right of filing a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate. Be advised that all activity and IP address information is being monitored and that this information may be used in a civil and/or criminal case(s) against a client if there is fraudulent use and or theft of services
